Biking – Building stamina – Helps with my ability to participate in activities.

Chiropractor – Head pressure, Headache, POTS – No improvement.

Counseling – Anxiety/Depression – Major improvement in anxiety and depression.

Hypnosis – Anxiety/Depression and stomach pain – Gradually gave me some relief of overall anxiety and pain. Might be placebo.

Lipiflow – Dry eyes – Heated up eye lids to help with dry eyes. No noticeable difference.

Physical Therapy – Building stamina – Some improvement in ability to participate in activities.

Rowing – Stronger muscles pump blood better – Helped with my ability to participate in activities.

Running – Building stamina – Helps with my ability to participate in activities.

Walking – Building stamina – Some improvement in ability to participate in activities.

Weight Lifting – Stronger muscles pump blood better – Huge strides in energy and ability to do activities (basketball, running, etc).
